Former Unity Party Candidates:

  1. Dom Waters For US Congress, Colorado District 1

*West and Abdullah were, in violation of Section I, Clause A of the Unity Party of Colorado's own Constitution (which clearly indicates the Unity Party of Colorado as the Colorado affiliate of the Unity Party of America), nominated by the Unity Party of Colorado in April of 2024. The Colorado Secretary of State declined to intervene once her office received the West/Abdullah paperwork, and the United National Committee also refused to take further action.

In addition to the above, Dom Waters was a candidate for Colorado's Congressional District 1 before withdrawing from the race before the convention. Also, in August of 2023, 2022 Libertarian Colorado Congressional District 8 candidate Dan Ward (who received an "impressive" percentage of the 2022 vote, per the 9News coverage linked to in the following links), left the Libertarian Party to join the Unity Party, announcing his intention to run as the Unity Party candidate for the same district in 2024. Unfortunately, he's no longer a candidate, and the national party would love to speak to him (perhaps the Unity Party of Colorado should've done more to live up to the "Unity Party" name?).
