What is the lay of the land regarding the pinnacle of humankind's way of doing a Justice system for the people on this ball of power? All the people who are Citizens come to the rewards of brotherhood. If a failed prison model with 100 years of unworkable history is not enough, then what is? Prisoners should be allowed to sue the prison system for bad workmanship, as any other product can do. "His safety is everyone's safety."
